The Role

A full-stack developer who can own and build the technical backbone across our portfolio of businesses spanning investments, media, content, and operations. You'll work directly with leadership, ship fast, and have real influence over how technology shapes what we build.

This is a hands-on role. You'll spend most of your time writing code, designing systems, and wiring up automations rather than just managing or coordinating.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and workflow automations
Integrate APIs and design data pipelines across business functions
Implement AI-powered workflows using LLMs and agentic frameworks
Architect scalable backends and deploy them to production
Ship MVPs and prototypes quickly, then improve them iteratively
Evaluate vendors, tools, and frameworks, and own the decision on what we adopt

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

7+ years of experience as a full-stack developer or engineer, with a track record of shipping production systems
Strong Python skills. This is our primary language for backends, automation, and data work.
Solid JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend work, and Node.js where needed
Experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and cloud deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure
Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar
Comfort shipping things end to end: design, build, deploy, maintain

Good to Have

Experience building with LLMs and agentic systems (LangChain, CrewAI, custom agents)
Familiarity with self-hosting and VPS or bare metal deployments
Prior work in a startup or high-ownership environment
Exposure to low-code and no-code tools (Retool, Bubble, Webflow) alongside traditional code
Experience with media, content, or creator-tech workflows
