Role Overview

Rapido is looking for energetic and driven Business Development Executives to support the expansion of Rapido Parcel services by onboarding merchants and growing the local partner network. This is a field-based role focused on merchant acquisition and relationship management.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and approach local merchants and SMEs in assigned territories.

• Onboard merchants onto the Rapido Parcel platform and explain the service offerings.

• Ensure successful merchant activation and completion of first transactions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners.

• Address merchant queries and provide support during the onboarding process.

• Execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase service adoption.

• Maintain daily records of merchant visits and onboarding progress.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and merchant satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly onboarding and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• 0–2 years of experience in Field Sales / Merchant Onboarding / B2B Sales is preferred.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Good understanding of local market and city geography.

• Comfortable working in a field-based role.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
