Rapido is looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves merchant onboarding, business acquisition, and driving market expansion through field operations.
Drive merchant onboarding and business acquisition in assigned areas
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and partners
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Conduct field visits and market outreach activities
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expansion plans
Prior experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or B2B sales preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling within the city
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
