Recurr is a technology, design, and growth agency. Since 2020, we have worked with over 50 companies, primarily across B2B SaaS and eCommerce.
We are building an AI-native content marketing function and are looking for individuals with prior experience (or strong interest) in running content marketing programs. The role encompasses content strategy, content development, and programmatic distribution. Experience in technical SEO, AEO/GEO, and link building is a plus.
👉🏻 This is a 6 Months Apprenticeship Role
Write long-form content (blog posts, articles, and programmatic page drafts) based on briefs derived from keyword and traffic data.
Write short-form content, including Reddit contributions, forum posts, community responses, and backlink articles.
Adapt tone and format across different brand voices and verticals.
Work within our AI-assisted content workflows to improve output speed without losing quality.
Implement on-page recommendations: titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal links.
Support content audits, including freshness checks, decay tracking, and gap identification.
Monitor indexing and crawlability issues using live dashboards.
Contribute to content syndication across UGC platforms, communities, and forums.
Help maintain product listings and brand profiles on relevant directories.
Track brand mentions and referral traffic sources.
Daily check-ins to align on priorities.
Co-working sessions on briefs, workflows, and output review.
Independent execution on defined tasks—you own your output.
6 days a week, in-person, at our Bengaluru office. (Remote engagement may be considered for exceptionally good candidates).
At least one prior internship where you wrote content or worked on SEO (requires actual work delivered for a brand or agency, not coursework or personal projects).
Ability to write clean, readable English: short sentences, clear structure, and no filler.
Understanding of why search engines rank pages, not just how to add keywords.
Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and a rough sense of its importance.
Comfortable working with AI tools as part of a workflow.
Ability to commit to a 6-month, full-time, in-person internship.
You have absolutely zero prior experience.
You require heavy supervision to produce output.
What You Get 🤑
₹10,000/month stipend.
Full-time role offered if you outperform across the full 6 months.
