Own and grow key fashion categories by driving assortment depth, selection quality, price and merchandising strategy.
Work closely with our AI product squad to shape how styling, ranking, and product surfacing are personalised for each user.
Collaborate with the supply team to onboard the right brands and close key selection gaps.

Criteria

3-6 yrs of category mgmt. experience, preferably in fashion e-commerce
Ability to drive GMV & transactions through commerce levers
Strong operational instinct + openness to rethink how category ops works in an AI-native world
