Omelo is a precision pet healthcare and parenting platform for dogs and cats. We are an ecosystem of daily care, individual health baselines, clinical triage, televet consultations, and longitudinal health records. Omelo reasons like a vet and speaks like a calm nurse. We are live on iOS and Android across the US and India.
Pets hide illness by instinct, so problems surface late. Omelo learns each pet's individual baseline over the first 30 days and flags the moment behavioral signals converge into something that matters, often before a blood test would catch it.
Own the growth number for Omelo across the US and India, and be honest enough to run them as two different games.
We are live in two markets, and they behave nothing alike.
In the US, the pet parent pays. Growth there is app store craft, creators and UGC, sharp paid experiments, and subscription monetization. Fewer users, more revenue per user, every install expensive enough that the funnel has to convert.
In India, the volume lives. Growth there is organic, community, vernacular, and an on-ground motion through vets, clinics, and pet stores. Cheap installs, a longer road to revenue, and relationships that compound in ways a dashboard does not capture.
Most growth people are genuinely good at one of these. Almost nobody is good at both, and the ones who claim to be usually run one playbook across both flags and burn six months finding out. We want the rare operator who starts from the difference.
The growth number itself: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, across both markets.
A deliberate, separate playbook for the US and for India, and the judgment about where each rupee and dollar goes.
The experiment engine: hypotheses, tests, honest reads in PostHog, fast kills.
ASO across both stores, both markets, treated as craft.
Creator and UGC pipelines, built to run from India and feed both markets.
The on-ground channel in India, working with our field team, vets, and clinic partnerships.
You will not be alone. A founding growth engineer builds the loops you design, a content writer feeds your channels, and the founder is in the work with you daily. But the number is yours.
Weekly active caregivers. Not installs, not impressions, not followers. Pet parents who come back every week because Omelo is part of how they care for their animal. Everything you do should trace to that number, and you should be able to show the trace.
You have grown a consumer app with your own hands, and you can walk through the numbers honestly, including the failures.
Deep experience in at least one of our two markets, and a specific, credible thesis for the other.
Operator, not strategist. You run the experiments, write the copy when needed, and read the data yourself.
Fluency in product analytics and experimentation.
Real ASO and organic depth, with enough paid competence to not waste money.
An understanding of subscription monetization.
You produce decks and hand off execution.
You need a large paid budget before you can show anything.
You believe India and the US can run one playbook.
You count installs and call it growth.
The growth number, fully owned, at founding-level scope with equity to match.
Two live markets and real users from your first week.
An engineer to build what you design, and a founder who moves fast.
A mission you will not have to pretend to care about.
