Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, generate hypotheses, and recommend actions.
Prepare concise briefs, one-pagers, and weekly/monthly reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
Assist with experimentation or pilot programs, including tracking metrics and outcome reporting.
Liaise with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, ops) to collect inputs and align on CX interventions.
Maintain and update dashboards / trackers (Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools) to monitor KPIs.

Strong PowerPoint skills — slide structure, copywriting, charting, and visual design fundamentals.
Comfortable working with data: Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas), basic data-cleaning.
Good analytical and critical-thinking skills; ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to produce crisp summaries and present findings.
Curious, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable in a hybrid work model and available to work from our Bangalore office on designated days.
Good to Have
SQL knowledge or experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Prior experience in market research, consulting, growth, product analytics, or CX.
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing basics).
Basic design skills (Figma, Canva) for slide assets or visuals.
What We Offer
Hands-on exposure to growth and CX projects that impact product and business strategy.
Mentorship from experienced growth/FDE leads.
Opportunity to present to senior leadership and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
