We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to join a fast-growing consumer fintech company.
This role involves working across credit risk, data analytics, and lending strategy to improve loan approvals, assess user creditworthiness, and optimize the lending journey.
Ideal Candidate:
1–4 years of experience in Credit Risk, Risk Analytics or Business Analysis within consumer lending
Experience in a bank, NBFC, fintech lender or lending marketplace
Strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python
Understanding of credit bureau data, credit scoring, lending policies, and approval/rejection metrics
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Experience with risk models, scorecards, or bank statement data is a plus
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ownership skills
Location: Bengaluru
Mode: On-site | 5 days a week
