About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Producer who can turn imagination into reality, literally.

If you understand AI tools, know your way around prompting, and have a sharp design eye, this is for you.
You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and technology, using AI to generate people, shots, and worlds that don’t exist yet look completely real.

What You’ll Do

Generate high-quality visuals for content using premium AI tools.
Create human characters, content-first A-rolls, dynamic B-rolls, and photo-realistic scenes.
Study visual frames, lighting, and storytelling to make content look authentic.
Stay updated with trends in AI visuals, filmmaking, and content creation.
Work closely with creative teams to align visuals with strategy and storytelling.

KPI

Producing visuals that don’t just look good, but perform well as content and feel convincingly real.

Must Have

Strong design sense and an instinct for what looks good versus what doesn’t.
Proven experience working with AI visual tools such as Midjourney, Runway, and Higgsfield.
Basic understanding of film and content terminology (A-roll, B-roll, shot types).
A portfolio showcasing your best AI-generated visuals and creative work.
A genuine passion for experimenting, learning, and pushing the limits of AI in storytelling.
