Our 8-week Acne Care System combines root-cause diagnostics, clinically validated topical and nutraceutical formulations, a habit tracker, and Neo - an AI companion that lives in WhatsApp and gives users personalised, context-aware guidance throughout their program.
You’ll own Engineering at Neothera. You’ll own our hardest engineering challenges, and set the hiring bar as the team grows.
We're looking for someone with 5-8 years of experience as a full-stack engineer (with back-end depth) who has:
Been the entire technical team before, at a company under 30 people.
Shipped an LLM feature to real users and dealt with evals, prompt versioning, retrieval over user-specific state, and cost per user.
Worked well with non-technical teammates.
Experience in consumer / B2C spaces (preferably in healthcare).
This role is full-time and on-site in our Bangalore office.
