We are a team of AI engineers and researchers working with organisations like Pfizer, Novartis, Merck, Janssen, and BCG - enabling life sciences organisations to accelerate medical breakthroughs by building AI systems that simplify drug development and give teams globally better insights for their portfolio decisions.
This role includes both internship opportunities for students and recent graduates, and full-time positions for experienced professionals.
This role will see you designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions across our stack. You'll contribute significantly to our core AI platforms, leveraging technologies such as Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, React and Next.js.
You'll be working closely with Mukesh Pareek, playing a pivotal role in shaping our technical direction and product capabilities.
You'll work in hybrid mode from our office in Bangalore.
Track record of designing, building, and deploying robust software solutions.
Proactive ability to pre-empt problems and being hacky enough to solve things quickly and then also scale reliably. You should be adept at tackling complex technical challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
You should have a very high attention-to-detail. Development becomes extremely slow if others constantly find misses in your code.
While not mandatory, we like working with engineers who are entrepreneurial and have a strong point-of-view on design and product. If you are a indie-hacker or founder/solo-engineer, we can't wait to hear from you.
