About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who understands both the art and science of growth!

You should know how to scale D2C brands through Meta and Google Ads, but more importantly, you should understand why people buy, what makes creatives work, and how to iterate faster than everyone else.
If your idea of performance marketing is only setting up campaigns and monitoring dashboards, this role is not for you.

What You’ll Achieve

Own paid acquisition end to end
Plan and execute campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
Manage budgets with clear CAC, MER, and ROAS targets
Build and optimise full funnel acquisition systems for D2C brandsIdentify scaling opportunities across audiences, creatives, and offers

Lead creative strategy for performance

Work closely with creative teams to develop ad concepts that convert
Write compelling hooks, briefs, and ad angles
Run structured testing across creatives, landing pages, and messaging
Develop a strong instinct for identifying winning creatives quickly

Build growth systems powered by AI

Use Gen AI tools for copywriting, audience research, reporting, and creative iteration
Build faster experimentation loops using AI workflows
Stay ahead of how AI is changing media buying, creative production, and campaign optimisation

Own reporting and optimisation

Track funnel performance from impression to purchase
Build reporting systems that help drive decisions
Analyse data deeply and identify bottlenecks across the funnel
Collaborate with founders and operators to improve conversion rates and efficiency

Skills You’ll Need to Bring

2 to 4 years of hands on experience scaling D2C brands
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
Deep understanding of performance creative and consumer psychology
Ability to move fast and iterate rapidly
Comfortable working with data, attribution, and funnel analysis
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity as part of daily workflows
Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently

Nice to Haves

Experience working with creator led or consumer internet brands
Understanding of retention and lifecycle marketing
Experience with landing page optimisation and CRO
Exposure to fast paced startup environments
