If you've spent time in the GTM world, understands how outbound works and have tried getting clients for yourself through cold emails then you'll fit right in.

What we need from you:

Strong sense of storytelling you can take raw, unstructured footage and find the narrative thread
You understand GTM, B2B SaaS, or sales content you don't need a crash course on what a cold email is.
You know how to make a video engaging with restraint no over-editing, no unnecessary transitions.
Solid grasp of sound design music selection, audio leveling, sound effects used intentionally.
You understand retention mechanics: hooks, pacing, pattern interrupts, re-engagement.
You can turn around a finished video within 5–6 hours of receiving raw footage.
You work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver without being chased.
