i'm assembling a growth intern team. have worked with 4 people so far and only one made the cut.

minimi is growing fast and we need more hands on deck - not just to keep growing, but to invent new ways of growing. we're one of the few consumer AI companies trying to grow from India for the world, and we'd love for you to be part of it.

our bar is high, but all we really need are two things: curiosity and hard work.

our strongest suit today is storytelling. we want to take our narrative to a fast-paced, blind, attention-deficit world and carve out our own position.

this is a proper playground for redefining the game you want to play. nobody has the playbook. you need to know that you don't know enough, and question everything from first principles. you get to build and master your own game! but our team will be alongside you all the time.
