As an Operations Intern, you’ll coordinate client requirements within a service vertical, working closely with clients, internal teams and external talent.
You’ll research the domain, help clients understand their options and keep delivery moving. You’ll also turn relevant learning into content and appear in educational reels. Research, communication and on-camera contribution are core parts of this role.
You won’t be expected to execute every specialist task. You will be expected to understand the requirement, involve the right people and maintain clear ownership.
Client relationships: Lead day-to-day communication, manage expectations, share progress and close follow-ups across channels.
Requirement understanding: Gather context, research approaches, explain trade-offs and identify questions that need specialist input.
Delivery coordination: Keep priorities, timelines, dependencies and quality reviews on track. Surface risks early and ensure next steps have clear owners.
Talent coordination: Brief employees, freelancers, consultants and partners; resolve blockers and share actionable feedback.
Domain knowledge and content: Follow relevant developments, verify information, contribute content ideas and scripts, and present insights on camera.
Continuous improvement: Recommend improvements to client work and internal processes. Identify additional service opportunities when they address a genuine client need.
Clear written and verbal communication, with strong listening and follow-through.
The ability to organise multiple requirements and keep people aligned.
Curiosity about your chosen domain and a habit of researching beyond surface-level answers.
Confidence explaining ideas to clients, collaborating with specialists and appearing on camera.
Good judgment: knowing what you can recommend, what needs verification and when to escalate.
Comfort using AI and collaboration tools while checking accuracy and protecting confidential information.
Degrees, certifications, courses and previous experience are not prerequisites. What matters is your ability to learn, demonstrate good judgment, communicate clearly and deliver consistently.
Time commitment: Invest the agreed time in focused work, research, client communication and delivery coordination. Learning the domain is part of the job.
Punctuality: Be on time for meetings and meet agreed deadlines. Flag delays early, with a clear recovery plan.
Ownership: Follow through, close loops and take responsibility for your commitments. Ask for help when needed—don’t leave things unresolved.
Our Client Value Approach connects three areas:
Content: Turn relevant knowledge into useful, credible content.
Delivery Improvement: Improve client outcomes and how we deliver.
Client Growth: Identify genuine opportunities to contribute more value.
We value relevant recommendations over constant upselling, clear context over repeated follow-ups, and early escalation over hidden problems. Specialists remain responsible for technical execution and validation.
Success means clients understand where things stand, talent has the context to deliver, and your growing domain knowledge improves both the work and the conversations around it.
You can choose any of Project Supply’s service verticals based on your interests and strengths. Mention your preferred vertical when applying—for example, Operations Intern — Ecommerce. We’ll discuss fit and available opportunities together.
