Pay Range - 14-25 LPA ( Fixed ) + Variable

Now the JD:

Identify bottlenecks across the funnel and build systems to remove them
Turn successful experiments into repeatable, production-ready workflows
Build and maintain automations (Clay, n8n, Zapier, APIs, webhooks)
Own enrichment, routing, prioritization, and scoring logic
Keep CRM and outbound data clean and consistent (HubSpot/Salesforce, Apollo/Outreach)
Create simple dashboards or views that surface the right signals at the right time

Usually 3 to 7 years in Growth Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops
Also open to sharp 1+ year candidates who can build automations fast with strong logic
Hands-on with automation tools like Clay, Zapier, n8n, Make
Strong systems thinking, great attention to data quality, high ownership
Clear communicator across teams

Clay, HubSpot or Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Zapier or n8n, Sheets/Airtable, enrichment tools, basic APIs/webhooks (nice to have).
