Earthful is hiring a Content Producer to own content end-to-end — from script to shoot to published, performing post. You'll write scripts, scout and manage creators, get shoots done, and run influencer and performance marketing so content actually converts.

What you will do

Content – Write scripts for Reels, Shorts, product demos, using AI to move fast – Write long-form/product page/packaging copy – Own brand voice consistency
Creator & production – Scout, vet, and onboard creators – Manage creators end-to-end: briefing, scheduling, shoot-day, deliverables, payments – Get shoots done — in-house or with creators – Edit or direct edits into publish-ready content
Distribution & growth – Own social publishing and performance – Run influencer marketing — outreach, negotiation, tracking, ROI – Coordinate or own performance marketing so content and paid work together – Track what's working and feed it back into what gets made next

Must have –

2+ years in content, creator/influencer management, or social media at a D2C/health/FMCG brand
Hands-on creator scouting/management experience – Comfortable using AI tools daily. Understands short-form video structure (hook, body, CTA)

Good to have

End-to-end influencer campaign experience (sourcing to ROI) – Performance marketing exposure (Meta Ads, ROAS)

Supplement/nutraceutical/Ayurvedic brand background – Familiarity with wellness topics — menopause, hormonal/bone health, nutrition
