We are a seed stage fintech start up looking to disrupt consumer fintech using AI
We are backed by 2 of the biggest global VCs (Lightspeed India and Z47 ) and a marquee list of angel investors globally
Founded by Utkrishta Kumar (ex Chief Business Officer, Meesho)
Own growth at the core product layer
You won’t be optimizing vanity metrics or running isolated experiments. You’ll work on end-to-end growth funnels — acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization — tightly integrated with the product itself.
Build growth loops, not just features
You’ll design and scale referral, virality, and organic growth loops, especially in trust-driven fintech contexts where word-of-mouth and habit-formation matter more than paid spend.
AI-native growth problems
This is not a traditional fintech growth role. AI is deeply embedded in how users discover value, get activated, and stay engaged. You’ll work on AI-driven onboarding, personalization, nudges, and agent-led workflows, which makes growth both more complex and more rewarding.
Work with real scale and real impact
Credit is a high-frequency, high-stress problem for Indian consumers. The growth problems you’ll solve directly impact millions of users’ financial lives, not just app usage.
Early-stage leverage & ownership
As a seed-stage startup, you’ll have high agency, influence over product direction, and the opportunity to build foundational growth systems that will scale for years.
