We are looking for a HR Intern for a hands-on role where you’ll get to be involved in the recruitment process from sourcing to closing.
What you'll learn:
A. Talent acquisition & recruitment:
1. Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
2. Screen resumes and coordinate initial candidate interactions.
3. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain recruitment trackers.
5. Support job postings, referral programs, and campus hiring initiatives.
6. Coordinate training schedules.
B. HR operations:
1. Maintain employee databases, trackers, and HR records.
2. Support the preparation and verification of HR documents.
3. Assist with other HR administrative activities as required.
Using AI in recruitment — from improving sourcing and screening to exploring ways AI can make the hiring process smarter and more efficient
