We’re looking for a Recruitment Intern for a hands-on role where you’ll get to be involved in the recruitment process from sourcing to closing.
What you'll learn:
Sourcing & identifying relevant candidates
Candidate outreach and initial conversations
Screening & shortlisting profiles
Interview coordination with candidates & hiring teams
Using AI in recruitment — from improving sourcing and screening to exploring ways AI can make the hiring process smarter and more efficient
