🚀FP&A Intern (Finance Intern)

💡About the Role :

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Intern to support the

Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting

activities. The role offers hands-on exposure to financial planning & analysis, business

performance tracking, and strategic finance processes.
 

🎯Key Responsibilities :

● Assist in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities including budgeting,

forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation

● Support preparation of financial projections, rolling forecasts, and long-range

planning reports

● Perform variance analysis including Budget vs Actuals and identify key business

drivers

● Track business performance through KPI reporting and financial dashboards

● Conduct profitability analysis, cost analysis, trend analysis, and root cause analysis

● Support month-end financial review and performance tracking activities

● Work on business planning and strategic planning related analysis

● Build and maintain financial models and reporting templates

● Analyze financial data to provide actionable business insights

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection and reporting

requirements
 

👤Required Skills :

● Basic understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

● Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Good understanding of business performance analysis and financial reporting
 

Mandatory Excel Skills :

● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

● Hands-on experience with:

○ VLOOKUP

○ HLOOKUP

○ XLOOKUP

○ SUMIF

○ Pivot Tables

○ Basic to Intermediate Excel formulas and functions

● Knowledge of VBA is a plus
 

Eligibility :

● 2026 and previous Graduates of BCom, BBA, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or related

finance qualification

● Strong interest in corporate finance, FP&A, and business analytics

● Strong attention to detail

● Good communication and presentation skills

● Ability to work with large datasets and financial reports

● Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
