We're hiring an Associate for our Market Networks function on the Platform team at Blume. This role is deal-making without the investment title. You're not picking startups, you're pushing them into rooms - matching what a founder built against what a large corporate is quietly trying to solve, then doing the unglamorous work of making that meeting happen. Cold outreach. Relentless follow-up. A CRM that actually reflects reality. This is the value-add that moves the needle on portfolio success, revenue, partnerships, founders getting into rooms they couldn't crack alone. It takes hustle, and it takes a real hunger for closing, not just opening, the loop.

The compensation range for this role starts at INR 22 Lacs and will be finalised based on the successful candidate's experience and relevant skillsets.
