Role Overview
We’re hiring an AI Engineer to build and scale our core LLM-powered systems.
You’ll work on agents, RAG pipelines, and orchestration systems, and help turn cutting-edge AI ideas into production-ready features.
This is a hands-on role with high ownership and fast execution.
Responsibilities
Build and ship LLM-powered features (agents, copilots, workflows)
Design and implement RAG pipelines (retrieval, chunking, ranking)
Work on prompting, evaluation, and optimization of LLM outputs
Integrate external tools/APIs (Google Drive, Slack, etc.)
Improve latency, cost, and reliability of AI systems
Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship fast
Requirements
1-4 years of engineering experience
Strong experience with LLMs / AI tools (must-have)
Solid backend skills (Python or Node.js)
Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system design basics
High ownership and ability to move fast
Nice to Have
Experience with RAG / vector databases
Built AI side projects or shipped AI features
Experience with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
Startup or 0 → 1 experience
