Full Stack Developer (Internship/Full Time)

About the Role

We are building a scalable, real-time data platform that processes high-volume streams and delivers low-latency insights. We’re looking for developers who are strong in TypeScript-first development across frontend and backend, and comfortable working with modern cloud-native architectures and AI-assisted tooling.

Tech Stack

• Languages: TypeScript (primary), JavaScript

• Frontend: React.js, TanStack Query

• Backend: Node.js (Fastify / Express) – TypeScript-based APIs

• Database: PostgreSQL (Drizzle ORM), Redis

• Real-Time: WebSockets, Server-Sent Events (SSE)

• Architecture: Microservices

• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

• Testing: Playwright, Jest

• Monitoring: Grafana

• Cloud: AWS

• Version Control: GitHub

• AI Tools: Agent-based AI IDEs for accelerated development

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end TypeScript applications

• Develop type-safe APIs and services using Node.js

• Create high-performance React applications with strong state management

• Design and implement real-time systems (WebSockets / SSE)

• Optimize backend performance with efficient caching (Redis)

• Design scalable schemas and optimize databases (PostgreSQL)

• Architect and develop microservices-based systems

• Write clean, maintainable, and strongly-typed code

• Implement unit, integration, and E2E testing

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines

• Deploy and manage services using Docker & Kubernetes on AWS

• Monitor systems using Grafana

• Collaborate through GitHub workflows

• Use AI-assisted tools to boost development productivity

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript (must-have)

• Solid experience with React.js (TypeScript-based)

• Backend development using Node.js (Fastify or Express)

• Experience with PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM

• Knowledge of Redis and caching techniques

• Understanding of real-time communication (WebSockets / SSE)

• Experience in microservices architecture

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines

• Strong knowledge of testing (Jest, Playwright)

• Experience with database optimization and query performance

• Familiarity with AWS deployment

Nice to Have

• Experience with event-driven systems

• Familiarity with high-throughput or streaming systems

• Experience using AI-powered developer tools

• Knowledge of observability tools and distributed tracing

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in real-time projects

• Work from Home – 6 days a week

• Role will be decided based on interview performance (Intern / Full-Time)

Compensation

• Full-Time: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

• Internship: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000/month
