About the Role
We are looking for a Benefits & HR Operations Intern to support the HR team across employee benefits, insurance, HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits & Total Rewards

Support day-to-day administration of employee benefits and insurance programs.
Coordinate employee additions, deletions and changes under insurance policies.
Support GMC, GPA and other employee benefit programs, including employee queries.
Coordinate with brokers, insurers, TPAs and benefits vendors.
Maintain benefits trackers, MIS and employee data.
Support benefits renewals, vendor negotiations and comparison of commercial proposals.
Assist with employee wellness initiatives, health camps and benefits communication.

HR Operations

Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist with employee documentation, HR records and data management.
Coordinate with HR, Finance and other teams for employee lifecycle activities.
Support HRMS activities, including employee data updates and system-related processes.
Support leave, attendance, reimbursement and other HR operations-related queries.
Maintain HR trackers and generate regular MIS/reports.
Support HR audits, documentation and process improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Graduate/MBA student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle employee data confidentially.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proactive, organised and comfortable working with multiple priorities.
Willingness to learn HR systems, processes and tools.
