Ethereal Labs is hiring a Creative Lead — Video & Post-Production to lead creative execution, visual storytelling, and production quality across our original entertainment projects.

We are looking for someone with exceptional visual judgment, strong filmmaking fundamentals, and a deep understanding of Hollywood cinema, Western storytelling, and English-language entertainment.

Our content is being developed primarily for US audiences, with additional focus on European and other international English-speaking markets. The ideal candidate should understand the storytelling conventions, cultural nuances, humour, emotional dynamics, and viewing preferences of these audiences.

You will work closely with the founding team, writers, AI filmmakers, and editors to establish creative standards, direct production, maintain character and visual consistency, oversee post-production, and ensure every output meets our expectations for cinematic quality and storytelling.

This role requires someone who can combine creative direction, audience understanding, team leadership, and meticulous quality control.
