Company: Gully Games
Location: Bangalore (On-ground presence required)
Commitment: 3-4 hours/day (Part-time / Internship / Fresher Role)
This is not a “corporate social media manager” role.
This is a create → test → learn → repeat role.
Your job is to understand the vibe of Gully Games, translate it into Instagram-native content, and figure out what the algorithm rewards.
This means posting a lot. Testing formats. Following trends. Making trends.
We don’t care about perfection. We care about curiosity and consistency.
Create short-form content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts)
Experiment with different formats to see what grows reach and engagement
Show up at sessions sometimes to shoot content (phone camera is enough)
Write short captions, prompts, and micro-stories when needed
Track what works and adjust fast
Basically, help shape the vibe of Gully Games online
We care less about degrees and more about how you show up in the real world.
You might be a fit if:
You play sports (any sport, any level)
You’ve felt wins and losses, teamwork, pressure, momentum shifts
You have done something outside the classroom:
Hosted college fests

Created something on your own
You’re curious about how the Instagram algorithm works
You like trying new creative ideas just to see how they land
You’re comfortable merging online & offline energy
Bonus points (not required):
You’ve edited basic videos (even on phone apps like CapCut/InShot)
You’ve created content for yourself or your college group before
You are funny, expressive, observant, or know how to spot moments worth capturing
3-4 hours a day
