We are looking for an Associate Manager – Operations to drive operational excellence and city growth in Vijayawada. In this role, you will work closely with Regional Managers to execute operational strategies, optimize processes, improve demand and supply efficiency, and lead on-ground initiatives that enhance customer and captain experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency.
Analyze demand and supply trends to maximize driver productivity and business growth.
Execute on-ground operational initiatives and ensure measurable business outcomes.
Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns to drive demand and supply acquisition.
Identify opportunities to improve city performance through data-driven decision-making.
Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to strengthen Rapido's market position.
Collect Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Captain feedback and collaborate with central teams for continuous improvements.
Lead and mentor Business Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of operational projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business goals within timelines and budgets.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in Operations, Category Management, or Process Excellence.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing teams, including blue-collar workforce.
Startup mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-driven individual with strong ownership and execution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of the local language and geography of Vijayawada.
Ability to make quick decisions and execute effectively under tight timelines.
