The Role

We're looking for someone who can start conversations that matter. You'll be the first point of contact for global talent exploring their U.S. immigration options, helping them understand if OpenSphere is the right fit and guiding qualified leads to our team.

This role is part detective, part advisor. You'll learn the nuances of O-1A, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW pathways so you can speak to prospects with confidence and empathy. If you're curious, persistent, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people, this is your opportunity to learn sales from the ground up at a mission-driven company.

What You'll Do

Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify potential clients
Conduct outreach to prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Book discovery calls and consultations for our team
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships over time
Track pipeline activity and help us understand what's converting and why
Learn the immigration landscape deeply so you can have real conversations, not scripted pitches

What We're Looking For

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with outreach and starting conversations with strangers
Organized and reliable with follow-through
Genuine curiosity about people and their goals
Coachable and eager to improve
Bonus: personal experience with U.S. immigration or connection to immigrant communities
