Role Overview
We are looking for articulate and empathetic Term Life Advisors who can guide families
through meaningful conversations around financial planning, rising education costs,
inflation, and long-term financial security.
In this role, you will engage with high-quality customers from GrayQuest’s ecosystem,
understand their financial responsibilities and goals, and conduct structured consultations focused on protecting their family’s future. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, strong listening ability, and a natural inclination toward consultative conversations and advisory-based selling.
Freshers with outstanding communication skills and a strong learning mindset are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured consultations with customers to understand their financial responsibilities, family goals, and future plans
Initiate conversations around education planning, rising education costs, inflation, and long-term financial protection
Educate customers about the importance of financial risk protection for their families
Recommend suitable term life insurance plans available in the market based on th customer’s needs and financial situation
Build trust through consultative discussions and needs-based advisory
Address customer questions clearly and confidently, helping them make informed financial decisions
Maintain detailed records of consultations, customer insights, and sales outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support
Stay updated on insurance products, industry practices, and financial planning concepts
Requirements
Excellent spoken communication skills in both English and Hindi (mandatory)
Strong ability to build rapport and conduct engaging conversations with customers
Clear articulation, confidence, and professionalism during consultations
A consultative mindset with the ability to simplify financial concepts for customers
Self-driven and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup ecosystem
Preferred Profile
Prior experience in sales, advisory, telecalling, or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are welcome
Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred, though remote work options are available
