Marketing Intern
The Role
We're looking for a scrappy, creative marketer who knows how to get attention. You'll own growth experiments across social media, newsletters, and community channels to put OpenSphere in front of the global talent who need us most.
This isn't a "schedule posts and track metrics" internship. You'll be testing ideas, iterating fast, and figuring out what actually moves the needle. If something works, we double down. If it doesn't, we learn and move on.
What You'll Do
Build and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms
Write and distribute content that resonates with ambitious immigrants in tech, research, and business
Experiment with growth tactics: viral hooks, community engagement, newsletter partnerships, SEO plays
Track what's working and cut what isn't
Help shape how OpenSphere shows up in the world
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated ability to grow an audience (your own or someone else's)
Strong instincts for what makes content shareable
Comfort with experimentation and ambiguity
Clear, compelling writing
Bonus: personal experience with the U.S. immigration system or deep empathy for those navigating it
