About the role :

We’re looking for an Associate Business Manager to take on a cross-functional role focused on scaling our AI-powered credit management platform
You will work on scaling business operations for India's first truly agentic credit solution : a self-driven, intelligent system that empowers users to manage and improve their credit autonomously
At Oolka, AI is deeply integrated into the work of our Tech, Product, Design & Business teams. We’re looking for passionate individuals who are excited about scaling our AI product and want to be part of our journey
Our office is in Bangalore & this role cannot be remote
We also work 6 days a week. Saturdays are all about internal team reviews & planning for the upcoming week together as a team

Criteria :

This is an entry level role at Oolka. Non MBAs and UG Freshers are preferred.
This is NOT a Product role, but rather a problem solving role which focuses on solving real world business problems with AI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (SQL a plus)
Comfortable working on ambiguous problem statements
Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Passion for building innovative, AI-driven solutions and some genuine curiosity about fintech
