GrayQuest is scaling a pan-India hiring program targeting 1,000+ hires annually. This role owns end-to-end execution, from building relationships with colleges and vendors to running hiring campaigns, managing the candidate pipeline, and reporting on outcomes. You'll work as an individual contributor coordinating directly with a wide network of external stakeholders, so strong data discipline and communication are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute campus hiring campaigns to fulfill a target of 1,000+ hires annually across multiple locations in India
Build and maintain a steady, high-quality top-of-funnel through college partnerships, hiring platforms, and external vendors/agencies
Own and manage the end-to-end hiring database — applicant tracking, candidate status, offer-to-joining pipeline, and data hygiene
Coordinate with colleges, training & placement officers (TPOs), and recruitment vendors across the country to align on hiring timelines and requirements
Liaise with internal stakeholders (hiring managers, business teams) to translate hiring needs into campus hiring plans
Track, analyse, and report hiring funnel metrics (source, conversion, drop-off, TAT, cost-per-hire) to leadership on a regular cadence
Troubleshoot on-ground issues during hiring drives (logistics, vendor SLAs, candidate no-shows, documentation gaps)
Continuously identify new campuses/vendors to diversify and strengthen the hiring funnel
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in campus recruitment, bulk/high-volume hiring, or TA operations (fintech, BFSI, ed-tech, or BPO/ITES background is a plus)
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards); familiarity with an ATS is a plus
Proven ability to manage large datasets accurately and turn them into actionable reports
Excellent verbal and written communication — comfortable presenting data and plans to senior stakeholders
Demonstrated networking ability — building and sustaining relationships with external parties (colleges, vendors) over time
Highly organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently across multiple concurrent hiring drives
