The Role

Own and ship features end-to-end: AI-driven assessments, evidence mapping tools, user dashboards, and more. You'll work directly with the founding team, move fast, and see your code impact users weekly.

Requirements

1-3 years of full stack experience (or equivalent project depth)
Strong proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Codex, Claude, Copilot)
Excellent at writing prompts and using AI to accelerate development
Solid experience with our stack: Next.js and Tailwind on the frontend, Node.js and MongoDB on the backend
Can own features from idea to deployment
Clear communicator, self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity
