We have entered a post-careers era because of the advancements in AI. While many things remain the same, how we navigate careers has changed drastically in a matter of years. You, as a screenplay writer, are using fiction to tell a story to the audience on how to deal with the landscape of careers - what professions to pick, career dilemmas, professional workplace navigation, switching careers and more. Pitch us a story that you would base this context in, describe the characters in the story, their dilemmas, how they interact with each other and how they provide information while creating relatability with the audience that will watch this. This will be published on Instagram as well as Youtube as a clip of 2-3 mins each. For both these platforms audience retention is a key metric to keep in mind. Suggest ideas accordingly. It has to be a series that will keep the audience informed and entertained. Avoid long set-up frames and long winding dialogues.

Write the first three episodes of the idea that you pitch. Make sure you write for impact in terms that keeps the audience/reader hooked to know more from each episode. You can write a script that can be used to record a 2 minute clip. For each episode explain why you pick that theme. Define the characters well and how they interact with each other. Add notes on research that you cite in the dialogues, the BRolls, memes that you'd like to use in the edit and if there are any reference channels of micro-drama whose treatment you would like to re-create. Each episode should explore one specific career challenge while hinting at a larger truth about careers, jobs and the future of work for this current generation.

Think that you are pitching this assignment to a famous producer who will put the money, resources and talent to make this project come alive. How would you pitch yourself and the idea they are about to read.
