About the role :

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to help scale Oolka's creator-led growth engine
Your primary job is outreach — finding the right influencers, reaching out to them, negotiating deals, and closing collaborations that drive installs and
subscriptions
You'll work closely with the growth team to identify creators across YouTube, Instagram, and regional platforms who resonate with Oolka's target audience

Criteria :

1-2 years of experience managing influencers
Familiarity with the Indian creator ecosystem (YouTube, Instagram, regional creators) is a plus
Strong communication skills — comfortable with cold outreach over DMs, calls, and email
