About GrowthX
GrowthX is India's most premium AI community for founders and professionals. 5,500+ members. 9% acceptance rate. 50+ events a month across 11 cities. Members from Sarvam AI, ElevenLabs, Meta, Lovable, Spotify, Samsung, and more.
We are not an ed-tech company slapping AI onto a course platform. AI is the product. If you removed AI from GrowthX, the product would not function. That is the bar.
So What is this role?
Full-stack. Your core job is to manage a team of agents to ship. That sentence is not a metaphor.
At GrowthX, the majority of our team already codes from their phone. We use agents extensively. Claude Code, Cursor, custom pipelines. The person in this role will think of AI agents as direct reports: you scope the work, assign it, review the output, and push it live. You write code when the agents can't, and you architect systems so the agents can do more over time.
You will build the product that India's best professionals use to learn about AI, meet people in real life, get matched with the right humans, and participate in a living, breathing community. Think of it less like a SaaS tool and more like an AI-native social platform.
What AI-native means here?
You don't just use Copilot for autocomplete. You think about the entire development lifecycle through AI.
You've built features where you prompted an agent, reviewed the diff, tested it, and shipped. You've set up CI/CD pipelines where agents run as part of the workflow. You think in systems architectures where AI is a first-class citizen: not a chatbot sitting in the corner, but the engine that drives matching, recommendations, content delivery, and community operations.
You probably already have opinions about which coding agents are best for frontend vs backend vs infra. You've hit the limits of current tools and worked around them. You've built things that felt like managing a junior dev, and you know how to scope work so the output is production-grade.
What you'll do?
Own the full product stack. Frontend, backend, infrastructure. The product is your responsibility.
Manage a team of AI agents as your primary workforce. Scope tasks, review PRs, maintain code quality across agent-generated output.
Build AI-first features where AI is the core logic, not a wrapper. Member matchmaking, learning path generation, event recommendations, community intelligence.
Design systems architectures that scale. MongoDB, Node, React (or whatever's right). The point is you think in systems, not tickets.
Ship fast. The team moves in days, not sprints. You'll push multiple features a week, not one a quarter.
Build internal tooling and automation that makes the rest of the team faster. Dashboards, data pipelines, operational workflows.
Work directly with the founder on product strategy. What gets built, why it matters, what moves the metrics that matter.
What you bring-
Deep AI-native coding practice. You've shipped real things using agents. Not demos. Not side projects. Production features.
Full-stack capability. You are comfortable across frontend (React, Next.js, or equivalent), backend (Node, Python, or equivalent), and infrastructure (MongoDB, cloud services, CI/CD).
Systems thinking. You can look at a messy problem and see the architecture underneath. You design for extensibility, not just the current ticket.
Speed without sloppiness. You care about code quality but you don't gold-plate. You ship, measure, iterate.
Strong opinions, loosely held. You have a point of view on how AI-native development should work, and you're willing to update it when you learn something new.
Compensation Competitive. Based on what you bring, not what box you fit into.
What we don't care about
Pedigree. IIT, BITS, Stanford, self-taught. Doesn't matter. What you've built matters.
Years of experience. If you can architect and ship AI-native products, we want to talk. Could be 2 years of experience, could be 15.
A traditional resume. Show us your GitHub, your shipped products, your agent workflows. That tells us more than any resume.
