Building a great product is half the job. Getting it into the hands of the right customers is the other half - and that's where you come in.
KANSHI is built for MSPs, and reaching them takes more than a website - it takes channel strategy, partnerships, and a sharp read on what makes a buyer say yes. As our GTM Intern, you'll work at the intersection of sales, strategy, and market research, helping us figure out exactly how an early-stage security startup wins design partners and closes its first real customers.
▸ Research MSP and SMB buyer personas, competitive positioning, and pricing benchmarks
▸ Help build outbound prospecting lists and assist with early sales conversations
▸ Support design-partner outreach and onboarding for early AEGIS customers
▸ Assist with conference and event strategy - where MSPs gather and how we should show up
▸ Work directly with the founder on pricing, packaging, and channel partnership decisions
▸ Strong analytical and research skills - you can turn messy market data into a clear recommendation
▸ Comfort with outreach and conversation - cold emails, LinkedIn messages, or sales calls don't scare you
▸ Interest in B2B SaaS, channel sales, or startup strategy; cybersecurity background not required
▸ Organized and detail-oriented - GTM work lives and dies on follow-through
▸ Self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity; we're figuring a lot of this out in real time
▸ Real exposure to how an early-stage startup builds its go-to-market motion from scratch
▸ Direct mentorship from a founder navigating sales, partnerships, and fundraising simultaneously
▸ A front-row seat to MSP-channel strategy - a niche, high-value skill set few interns ever touch
▸ A letter of recommendation for interns who perform
▸ First consideration for a paid role as we grow
▸ This internship is unpaid - we're early-stage and we'll be upfront about that
▸ What we offer instead: real ownership, real mentorship, and a front-row seat to company-building
▸ Flexible hours - we care about output, not clock-in times
▸ Fully remote with optional in-person sessions in Dallas
If you want to learn how startups actually win their first customers - not read about it in a case study - this is it.
