AI Educator — Gen AI & Creative Workflows
About the role
We're looking for an Educator who can turn generative AI experiments into work people want to watch and lessons they can put into practice. You must be at the forefront of GenAI!
You'll create and teach workflows for AI images, video, audio, and storytelling: taking a product brief through to a finished ad, developing a consistent visual character, or turning an idea into a polished short video. You'll explain your creative decisions, show your process, and help learners achieve results of their own.
This is a practical creator and educator role with on-camera and screen-recorded teaching. You'll take educational content from idea and research through scripting, recording, teaching, editing, and delivery.
What you'll do
Develop project-based tutorials for creators, marketers, designers, and entrepreneurs using generative AI.
Build complete creative workflows covering ideation, prompting, visual consistency, image and video generation, voice, editing, and finishing.
Produce engaging long-form lessons and short-form content with strong hooks, pacing, and useful takeaways.
Test creative tools and explain where each fits, its costs, and its limitations.
Create reusable prompts, briefs, templates, and resources so learners can follow along.
Lead live demonstrations and workshops, answer questions, and give specific feedback on learner projects.
Use audience feedback and content performance to improve lessons and choose future topics.
Keep teaching accurate as tools change, including practical guidance on consent, attribution, and responsible use of generated media.
What we're looking for
A portfolio of strong AI-assisted creative work, with process detail showing how you made it.
Hands-on experience with image and video generation tools and a video editor. Judgment and adaptability matter more than a particular tool stack.
Strong visual taste and an understanding of composition, storytelling, sound, pacing, and brand consistency.
Confidence presenting on camera and explaining workflows through screen recordings.
The ability to plan, script, record, and edit a complete tutorial independently.
A teaching style that makes creative decisions understandable and helps beginners build confidence.
Ownership, curiosity, and reliable delivery.
Useful extras
Experience growing a YouTube channel or creating educational social content.
Commercial work in advertising, filmmaking, design, or content production.
Experience teaching workshops, developing courses, or supporting a learning community.
