At AppsForBharat, we’re looking for a Business Strategist – Customer Support to completely redefine how customer support works using AI and automate processes.

We already have a functioning customer setup across app, WhatsApp, voice and email. Now the mission is to build the AI‑first support ecosystem where automation, agent‑assist and self-serve flows come together to deliver answers instantly, with empathy and precision.

This isn’t a traditional ops role, the foundation exists (app, WhatsApp, voice, email), but the goal is bold: to build an AI-first support ecosystem where automation, agent-assist, and self-serve deliver instant, human-like answers with warmth and precision.

What You’ll Do

Build AI-first support systems – design intelligent chat, voice, email, and social support that learns and scales with user behaviour.
Lead 0→1 initiatives – create playbooks, processes, and frameworks from scratch; test, iterate, and scale what works.
Collaborate deeply – partner with Product, CRM, Ops, and Tech to create proactive, predictive support experiences.
Drive metrics that matter – focus on deflection rate, CSAT, and resolution time to make CS a strategic growth lever.
Act like an entrepreneur – own a high-visibility charter with freedom to build and experiment.

What You Bring

3–6 years in fast-moving B2C/D2C startups, leading or scaling customer support or success functions.
Proven ability to build from first principles (not just manage).
Working knowledge of AI & automation (chatbots, routing, voice bots, LLM-based support).
Strong cross-functional collaboration and structured problem-solving skills.
