Role
Senior Backend Engineer / Tech Lead
Experience: 5+ years (3+ years in Django/FastAPI/Celery)
Must-Have
Strong experience with Django, FastAPI, Celery
Ability to design & scale high-performance backend systems
Experience building data pipelines, async jobs, and distributed systems
Solid AWS skills (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, etc.)
Hands-on experience with LLM/agentic systems and workflow orchestration
Strong debugging, optimization, and system design skills
Good-to-Have
Exposure to video/image generation or multimodal workflows
Familiarity with Meta/TikTok/Google Ads APIs
Experience with ClickHouse/Postgres or large-scale analytics systems
Previous startup/0→1 product ownership
Compensation
Base: ₹60–80L
Equity: 0.5%–1%
