We're a profitable, bootstrapped voice-agent platform with 20+ enterprise customers running in production. This is a build-then-run role, and it grows with the company. You'll start by standing up our outbound engine, then run it yourself to prove it books meetings, then keep widening into whatever GTM needs next - content, SEO, events, partnerships. It's a founding seat: high ownership, high ambiguity, and the scope expands as fast as you do.
We're honest about the early days: the first months are hands-on-keyboard, not strategy decks. Building lists, writing sequences, sending outreach, getting ghosted, iterating copy, sitting on calls. If that energizes you rather than drains you, you'll do well here.
Set up the outbound engine: enrichment, account scoring and prioritization, and multi-channel sequences: email, LinkedIn, and our own voice agents for outbound qualification (yes, you'll dogfood the product).
Run it yourself. Own a number, qualified meetings booked onto founder calendars, and iterate the motion until it's repeatable.
Document the playbook so the next hires (SDR/BDR) can execute it, then help bring them on and ramp them.
As the motion stabilizes, take on the next GTM lever as it gets prioritized: content marketing, SEO, events, partnerships, whatever moves pipeline.
Work directly with founders on targeting, messaging, and which experiments to run.
Doer, not advisor. You've personally cold-started something where you had to chase strangers and get told no - ran a college fest's sponsorship drive, sold something, ran a side project where you owned outreach end to end. The thing matters less than the evidence that you'll initiate contact and tolerate rejection.
Bias to ship over bias to analyze. Given a list of accounts, your instinct is to start messaging Monday, not to spend two weeks building a framework first.
Analytical and automation-fluent. Comfortable with data, tooling, and stitching systems together. You'll build the engine, not just run it.
Strong communicator clear written copy, easy on a call.
Learns fast. Use cases, channels, and tools will keep changing; you keep up without hand-holding.
Comfortable owning a number and being individually accountable for it, not just for a deliverable.
1–2 years of experience; sales experience not required.
Strong college (IIT / BITS and similar) is a plus, not a gate.
Backgrounds that map well: ran externally-facing college clubs, fests, or events (sponsorship, partnerships, anything with a target); early employee at a startup; founder's office; business analyst; consulting; or a campus venture that didn't raise.
Strategy consultant who produces decks and hands off the doing.
Pure analyst who's happiest in a dashboard and recoils from outreach.
Someone who wants a defined, narrow remit; this role is deliberately the opposite.
