Sherlocks AI is building an army of AI agents that autonomously investigate and resolve production incidents (AI for SRE — "AI transformed Dev; Ops is next").
We're hiring an AI Engineering Intern to build the AI-agent tooling that powers our go-to-market engine — automations for research, outreach, CRM, and meeting intelligence. You'll ship real code from week one, using AI agent frameworks and AI pair-programming tools every day. This is a builder's seat, not a support role.
📍 In-office, Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai. No remote/hybrid.
🗓️ 6 months, 6 days/week. Strictly in-person.
💰 ₹30,000/month stipend.
🎯 PPO (full-time offer) on successful completion.
Build and ship AI agents that automate GTM workflows (lead research, enrichment, outreach, CRM sync, meeting-notes pipelines).
Work agent-first: use Cursor / Claude Code as your daily driver, and know when to trust the AI vs. override it.
Move fast, own outcomes, and learn at startup speed.
Hands-on coding experience — you've built and shipped things, not just coursework.
Built AI agents using an agent framework (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar). This is non-negotiable — show us a project.
Solid understanding of database design (schemas, relationships, indexing basics).
Fluency with Cursor / Claude Code or equivalent AI coding tools as part of your workflow.
Backend / API design experience.
Experience with Python, FastAPI/Flask, or similar.
A "build in public" track record (GitHub, hackathons, side projects).
Fast learners who think for themselves, use AI as a multiplier (not a crutch), and want to own real outcomes at a fast-growing AI startup — with a clear path to a full-time role.
