We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager – Litigation to manage and oversee the company's litigation matters, including contractual disputes, regulatory issues, employment matters, and other corporate legal challenges. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and regulatory authorities to safeguard the company's interests while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Represent the company, its directors, and employees in civil and criminal matters before police authorities, courts, and other statutory bodies.
Coordinate with external advocates to prepare and file legal documents and ensure timely legal representation.
Obtain legal opinions from external counsel whenever required.
Track legal and regulatory developments, including court rulings and legislative changes affecting the mobility and bike-taxi industry.
Manage commercial and litigation matters while ensuring adherence to applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
Draft legal notices, responses, applications, representations, affidavits, and replies for various judicial and regulatory authorities.
Prepare and review commercial agreements, including MOUs, service agreements, and leave & license agreements.
Maintain and regularly update litigation trackers and dashboards, providing timely status reports and recommended actions.
Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and recommend practical solutions to mitigate legal and compliance issues.
Handle applications and documentation related to aggregator licenses for two-wheelers and three-wheelers across India.
LLB/LLM from a recognized university in India.
5–7 years of litigation experience, preferably with a reputed law firm.
Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
