We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound professional to join our client's manufacturing operations team as a Maintenance Supervisor. The role involves overseeing maintenance activities across machinery, equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted plant operations.

The position will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, team supervision, equipment reliability, spare parts management, and compliance with safety and quality standards within an FMCG manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for plant machinery, equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring timely execution of maintenance activities and effective troubleshooting of equipment failures.
Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve machine reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, statutory requirements, and company maintenance policies.
Manage spare parts, maintenance inventory, and vendor coordination to ensure the availability of critical components and minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, breakdown reports, preventive maintenance schedules, and performance reports.
