Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven individual to join our Careers Team, focused on building and managing strong external partnerships to drive career outcomes for our students.
In this role, you will work closely with Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIRs) and engage with startup founders and senior operators across companies. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and scaling opportunities that translate into meaningful career pathways for students.
Your primary focus will be on external stakeholder management, partnerships, and opportunity creation.
Who You Are
• Strong communicator with the ability to build and manage external relationships
• 2-4 years of experience in startups, business development, partnerships, or recruiting
• Highly proactive and execution-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail
Good to Have
• Prior exposure to founder/operator ecosystems
• Understanding of hiring needs across early-stage companies
