We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in core technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication skills, a good understanding of technology roles, and the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various technical positions across the organization.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles.
Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure clear alignment on recruitment needs.
Conduct preliminary candidate assessments (technical relevance, experience fit, communication skills, etc.).
Use job portals, social networks, and professional networks for proactive sourcing.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, follow-ups, and offer negotiation.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards for timely reporting.
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
Proven success in hiring for technical roles, especially within modern web development and data technologies.
Strong understanding of skills such as Python, Django, Flask, React, Angular, and other similar tech stacks.
Hands-on experience using recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
