Senior Project Manager (Creative Production) | Health-tech | Bangalore

Our client is a venture-backed health-tech company with a global footprint is building a new creative function from scratch and hiring a Senior Project Manager to run it. This is creative production leadership, where you'll own the system end to end: briefing, production tracking, review cadences, QA, and deployment across paid social, video, and brand content.

You'll manage workflows across multiple creative pods (writer + art director pairs) and motion designers, build the infrastructure that keeps production moving, and coordinate across time zones with a Global creative team.

Ideal for someone with 7-10 years of experience in running production at an agency or a high-output D2C brand and knows how to ship volume without the wheels coming off. Full ownership of a system you're building, not inheriting. You'll be building this system from the ground up, with full ownership of how it runs.
