Job Overview

As a Video Clipping Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying the best moments from long-form content and transforming them into engaging short-form clips for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You'll work closely with our editors and content team to ensure every clip is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Review long-form videos, podcasts, interviews, webinars, and client content to identify high-impact moments.

• Create accurate timestamps and clip selections for editors.

• Trim, organize, and prepare footage for short-form content production.

• Add basic captions, subtitles, and simple edits where required.

• Ensure clips follow platform-specific best practices and current trends.

• Maintain organized project files and content libraries.

• Collaborate with editors, content creators, and strategists to maximize content performance.

• Consistently deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in video clipping, video editing, content creation, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other short-form content platforms.

• Good attention to detail and the ability to identify engaging content quickly.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.

• Understanding of social media trends, hooks, pacing, and audience retention.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Basic experience with subtitles, captions, and short-form editing.
