We're looking for a Graphic & Brand Designer (1-2 years experience) who can bring visual consistency and creative energy to everything 100xEngineers puts out, from merch and event materials to decks and web assets.
What You'll Do
Design merch collections, event props, banners, and promotional materials
Build presentation decks for internal and external initiatives
Maintain and evolve website design elements
Create and uphold design systems and style guides
Collaborate with content and cohort teams on day-to-day visual needs
What We're Looking For
A portfolio that shows range and a strong visual sensibility
Solid grasp of design fundamentals and brand consistency
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Someone who can manage multiple briefs without dropping the ball
Good collaborative instincts as you'll work closely with different teams
