Identify and lock in influencers across comedy, lifestyle, music, fashion, gaming, and niche communities.
Build campaigns for entertainers, musicians, labels, and brands where creator storytelling actually works.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and costs with speed.
Activate meme pages, community networks, and micro-creators for rapid amplification.
Track creator performance and optimise for reach, engagement, and virality.
Collaborate closely with strategy, social, and video teams to match ideas with the right faces.
Maintain and grow an internal roster and database of influencers for quick-turn briefs.
You’re a connector and people answer your calls.
You know meme culture, page admins, and community networks across platforms.
You understand how creators think, what they need, and what makes them say yes.
You can break down a viral moment and replicate the mechanics behind it.
You move fast, think socially, and thrive in chaos.
Experience in Influencer marketing, creator management, or social media activations.
Strong network across creators, meme pages, and community channels.
Understanding of platform metrics, creator pricing, and campaign performance.
Ability to juggle multiple creators and formats at once.
Comfortable negotiating, closing, and onboarding talent.
You already run or manage a community/meme page.
You’ve built creator campaigns that hit 1M+ organically.
You’ve managed creators in music, entertainment or pop culture.
